TERMS OF PLACE ORDER, DELIVERY, OFFERS, VOUCHERS & PAYMENT.

01. Please fully read the Terms and Conditions before making the order.

02. You are able to get information about our service and the product you have ordered through our hotline.

03. You are requested to place your order only after getting all the necessary information about the product/s.

04. If you need a product that is currently out of stocks, you can contact our hotline to get more information about it.

05. Maximum delivery days : 2-5 days.

06. If a product needs 4 days time to deliver, then the exact delivery time and notice will be discussed with the customer before starting the delivery.

07. A well designed tracking system is available from the time you place the order and it is also possible to track your product until you receive the reference number sent to your email.

08. Our delivery service is safe and accurate, however if the product delivered to you has any damages, you are kindly requested to call or e-mail to our hotline on the same day it self.

09. If you find any damage on any packed product, you are requested to complain the same to the delivery boy or company.

10. The next step to a damaged product will be made only after a confirmation from our inspection team.

11. You will be notified via e-mail once we handover your product to our delivery team.

12. The delivery team is the solely responsible person to your product from when we handover the product to them.

13. The product/s will be handed over the delivery team only after 100% inspection by our Inspection team.

14. We will not make any hidden charge on our customers unless otherwise we mention the way we charge along with your orders. This is 100% accurate and secured service targeting the 100% satisfaction of you and we guarantee it.

15. When customers purchase or make orders we will not charge any interest or hidden charge on them.

16. All the price discounts will follow a discount.

17. Price discounts of Bank cards will not be applicable if you come from vouchers to purchase.

18. The discounts come from reputed banks are under the limit of the banks providing the discounts.

Conditions for Returns.

01. The product for exchange or refund should be in good condition with valid reason

02. The product must be unused.

03. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

04. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.

05. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box.

06. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.

07. The product with proof of purchase can only be exchange within 3 days from the date of Purchase.

08. Return items should be Handover to our office or outlet within 3 days

WARRANTY

01. Returning of warranty (company) product during the warranty period for repairing can be possible

02. It is also possible for the customer to directly notify and handover the product to the manufacturer mentioned on the warranty card.

03. If the product with a warranty has been returned, the customer will have to wait until we get the product repaired from the warrantor (company)

04. The product must be in company standard required for repairing

05. In the event of failure of the tools due to material and manufacturing defects, we undertake to repair the tools free of charge, provided we are satisfied that:

- The power tool has not been tampered with.

- Failure has occurred due to manufacturing or defects in the material.

- The power tool has been purchased from an accredited dealer.

- The claim has been referred to one of the Authorized Service Centers along with the power tool, guarantee card and original tool purchase receipts or invoice.

The warranty does not cover:

- All normal wear and tear parts like carbon brush, bearings, O-rings etc.

- Installation to wrong voltage, overload and wrong application.

- Use other than in accordance to handling instructions.

- Any unauthorized repair carried out.

- Damage due to any unit caused by accident, misuse, willful damage, and normal wear, claims arising from loss, fire or other calamities caused by nature or in any way being tampered with.
